2. Return Process

  • In-store Returns: If you made your purchase at one of our stores, please bring the item, receipt, and all original packaging to the store for a return.
  • Online Returns: For products purchased online, contact our customer service team at returns@pricepoint.co.ke to initiate the return. We will provide a return shipping address, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or wrongfully delivered.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For bank transfers, it may take a few additional days depending on your bank.

3. Defective Products
