At Price Point Electronics, we offer repair services for a wide range of electronic devices. Our repair timelines depend on whether the repair is conducted at our store or needs to be processed through the manufacturer.
- Repairs at Price Point Electronics:
- If the repair is handled directly by our in-house technicians, it typically takes up to 3 business days (The minimum repair timeline is 3 hours) to complete.
- We will notify you when the repair is finished, and your device is ready for collection.
- Repairs via Manufacturer:
- For repairs requiring manufacturer involvement, the repair process may take up to 30 days.
- This timeline is dependent on the manufacturer’s processing and shipping time.
- We will provide updates on the status of the repair as we receive information from the manufacturer.
2. Collection Policy
- Collection Window:
- Once your device is repaired, you must collect it from Price Point Electronics within 30 calendar days from the date of the repair notification.
- After 30 days, any uncollected devices will be considered abandoned, and Price Point Electronics will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the device.
- Failure to Collect:
- If the device is not collected within 30 days, it may be disposed of at the sole discretion of Price Point Electronics.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for any uncollected devices beyond the 30-day collection period.
3. General Terms
- Repair Authorization:
- All repairs must be authorized in writing by the customer. If any additional issues or repairs are found after diagnostics, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the work.
- Warranty on Repairs:
- All repairs conducted at Price Point Electronics are covered by a 07-day warranty. This warranty covers only the specific repairs made and does not apply to any further damages or issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Liability:
- Price Point Electronics is not liable for data loss, software corruption, or any other consequences arising from repairs, including damages to different parts of the device during the repair process.
