1. [Washing Machine] How to clean the washing drum
Using the washing machine for extended periods of time in humid spaces may result in bacteria sticking to clothes allowing mold to form, causing potential harmful effects to health.
If there is a washing tub clean course (or Eco Tub clean, Clean Tub, ECO Drum Clean course), refer to the below to clean the washing tub.
- Push [Power] button.
- Select a washing tub clean course on your display panel. (optional) Check your model is need to detergent or not.
- Close the lid after pouring the detergent into the washing tub. (Make sure to use the recommended detergent)
- Push [Start/Pause] button.
* A soaking function is in an automatic mode. The height of water is set up to be the highest. Water supply and water tempertature(cold water and hot water) can be selected.
If there is no washing tub clean coures, try to clean a washing tub as belows.
- Push [Power] button.
- Select the higest level of soils.
- Select 'Soaking' for pressing [Manual] once. (either water supply or hot/cold water can be selected.)

2. How to drain the washing machine in emergency cases?
[Solution]
To drain your washer in an emergency, follow these steps:
- Unplug the washing machine from the power supply.
Open the filter-cover.
- Unscrew the emergency drain cap by turning it to the left.
- Grip the cap on the end of the emergency drain tube, and then slowly pull it out about 15 cm (about 6 inches).
- Allow all the water to flow into a bowl.
- Reinsert the drain tube and then screw the cap back on.
- Replace the filter-cover.

4. How to position the Drain Hose in a Semi-Automatic Washing Machines?
STEP 1. ESTIMATING THE LENGTH OF DRAIN HOSE.
- When there is no threshold (barrier) ,the length of the drain hose should not exceed 3m.
- When it is necessary to connect the drain hose with the drain outlet located far away, connect the extension hose and applicable parts (available from dealers or service centers).
- Do not install the drain hose where it must extend over a threshold of 5cm or more ; do not install where there is a threshold(as shown above) and the hose must extend for more than 2m.
STEP 2. POSITIONING THE DRAIN HOSE
- Do not put the end of the drain hose into the water.
- Do not place the hose below the floor level of the drain outlet.
- Do not make the mid part of the hose positioned higher than the ends.
